Looks like the father-son duo of Vijayendra Prasad and S.S. Rajamouli is not planning to sit back and enjoy the huge success of Baahubali, the collection of which recently crossed Rs 500 crore in the box office.
They have moved onto their next projects. And if rumours are anything to go by, Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote Baahubali, will be joining hands with none other than Superstar Rajinikanth.
According to reports, Prasad, who also wrote Bajrangi Bhaijaan, is all set to write for and direct Rajinikanth in a new film.
Sources suggests that when Prasad met the Superstar at a recent function, the former expressed his desire to work with him to which Rajinikanth instantly agreed.
The film with a strong political background will have a social message. Other details are yet to be revealed.
Currently, Rajinikanth is shooting for Pa. Ranjith's directorial.
