Now, the latest update is that Akhil will reportedly marry his long-time beau in Italy. Talking to a daily, a source close to the Akkineni family said, "Italy is one destination that's on their minds as of now. A recce of sorts was done in Naples, but a fancy venue in Rome could also make the cut."
The wedding is said to be a grand one with around 600-odd guests flying in to Italy from all around the world.
Earlier, Akhil’s brother Naga Chaitanya too had confessed his love for Samantha. He said that he would tie knot next year.
