Ingredients
200 gm oats
10 gm flax seeds powder
10 gm sunflower seeds powder
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp sesame seeds (white)
½ litre water
Preparation
Cook the oats with the ingredients in water for 20 minutes and serve.
