1. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Strategist role
Post graduation/Graduation in Journalism or related field
Responsibilities
Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content across various social media platforms
Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on social media traffic, content performance, and ROI
Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy

2. TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST:
This will be a Technical cum Business role.
B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT, Computer)
8+ years relevant experience in B2C websites like Retail, eCommerce, Media websites with advertisement and subscription models.
Experience in Mobile web and apps is mandatory
Must have experience gathering & documenting business requirements & converting to technical tasks
Extensive Analysis (Business requirements and data) experience
Modeling (Data & Object) experience
Positive attitude & motivation
Excellent communication skills
RESTful Web Service design
Exposure to Web Analytics tools
Java Application design & development
Experience in public cloud deployments like Amazon AWS
Experience working in Agile environment (Atlassian JIRA)
Responsibilities
Lead the interaction between business, editorial and technical teams along with external partners and act as the single point of contact.
Facilitating requirement gathering and training sessions.
Formulate Business Requirement Specifications, Information Architecture, use-cases/user stories etc.
Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.

Responsibilities
• Create engaging and informative video content that aligns with our editorial vision and audience preferences.
• Responsible for ideation, conceptualizing, planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality videos that drive viewership and enhance our online presence.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Must have a Post-graduate Degree in Journalism, film, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a video producer or a related role.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including
camera operation, lighting, and sound.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for journalism and digital media.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience in social media content creation and management
Knowledge of digital video marketing and SEO

4. QA-AUTOMATION TESTER
3+ years experience in Automation testing
Hands on experience in front end automation (using tools such as Selenium)
Expertise with API automation
Hands on experience in Mobile automation testing tool Appium
Exposure to AEM is preferable
Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved web/mobile app performance
Providing clear and concise test reports
Good to have - exposure to Performance testing using Jmeter

5. CONTENT PRODUCERS- ONMANORAMA
• We are looking for Experienced journalists with at least 4 to 5+ Years of Media
experience, excellent command over English and Malayalam, good
knowledge on Digital News writing.
• The applicant must be familiar with Kerala and National Politics.
• Good experience in rewriting and ideation skills with nose for news and a
keen eye for details and audio-video production knowledge.
• Must be ready to play leadership role for a team and guide them with daily
newsroom activities.

6. SALES ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
Primarily focus should be on the sale of products and services to probable customers within a specific region
Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and maximizing the company's sales of products and services.
Generate business leads for the company for which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Requirements:
