Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup sausage, sliced thin in circles
2 eggs
3 tbsp large onions, sliced
3 pods of chopped garlic
1 pinch crushed red chilli, if required
¼ cup beans, sliced long in slanting cuts
¼ cup carrot, sliced long in slanting cuts
2 tbsp fresh green peas, cooked
¼ cup cut mushrooms
A little salt
2-3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp green chilli sauce
1½ tsp vinegar
A pinch of sugar
Salt and black pepper powder to sufficient quantity
3 tsp celery finely sliced
3 tbsp spring onion, finely sliced

Preparation
Cook basmati rice with salt and drain the excess water
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add sausage pieces to it and fry. Transfer to a plate
Heat 1 tsp oil in the same pan, add an egg to it, scramble and keep aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan, add large onions and garlic, and if needed crushed red chili and sauté
Add chopped beans, carrot, green peas and mushrooms with some salt, and sauté Make sure the vegetable are not over cooked
When almost cooked, mix together soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper, and add to the cooked rice
Place on high flame and sauté for one minute. Remove from stove, and garnish with spring onion and celery
