Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has alleged that former Kerala chief secretary Tom Jose and former finance secretary Sanjay Kaul had held talks with the representatives of US firm EMCC Global Consortium LLC in Washington.
Speaking on the occasion, Jose said the Indian Administrative Service had given him 'unparalleled opportunity.'
