Deep fried dumplings stuffed with cooked mutton, delicious masala, topped with half an egg makes this snack an incredibly tasty one!

Ingredients
1 cup mutton minced and cooked
1 medium onion chopped
1 ½ tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam Masala
A few curry leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt, as required
2 hard-boiled eggs
Ghee, as required


For the maida dough


2 cups wheat flour
Salt, as required
Water, to knead


Oil, for deep frying

Preparation
Knead the dough with required amount of water and keep it aside
Meanwhile, boil the eggs and keep aside
Heat a pan, pour 1 tbsp ghee
Add chopped onions, curry leaves and ginger-garlic-green chilli paste. Sauté till the raw smell leaves the pan
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute well
Cook for a minute. And then, add cooked minced mutton, salt and sauté for a few minutes
Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Keep the mixture aside
Make small balls with dough and roll it with rolling pin
Place 1 tbsp mutton masala at the center topped by half of a boiled egg on top
Cover by bringing the edges together, twisting it at the top
Deep fry this in hot oil till golden brown and serve hot
