Preparation
In a pan, pour ghee and fry the rava and the cashew nuts on a low flame. Keep stirring so that the colour of rava does not darken
Once the cashew nuts turn golden brown, after 10 minutes or so, and the ghee appears on the sides of the pan, add the coconut and fry for another 3 or 4 minutes. Then to this, add the condensed milk and mix well
Next, add the sugar along with the raisins and powdered cardamom
Slowly stir in the milk. When the milk has been completely absorbed and the sugar dissolves well, remove the pan from the fire
Soften the hands with a little ghee and make little balls of this mixture. Store in an airtight container
