A seven-year-old boy tragically drowned in the swimming pool of a resort in Kakkadampoyil in Malappuram district on Friday.
A second-year Computer Science student from St.Joseph's College, Devagiri, in Kozhikode, drowned in a waterfall on Friday afternoon while on a trip to Kakkadampoyil in Malappuram.
Ajay's friends shouted for help after they saw him drowning.
The deceased were Jomini (39), wife of Abey from Parayakkal, and their daughter Maria (15).
The deceased, identified as Hawwa Fatima, was the daughter of Kurukkothu Shameer and Mumthas from Purankara.
Noufal and his companion, Riyas Ayitta Valappil, both residents of Thikkodi, shared their account with Onmanorama while paying their final respects to the deceased.
The victims, Abhiraj and Ananthu Nath, both students of SVGV School, drowned on Saturday.
The victims are Sreesharan and Abel, both Class 10 students of Aryabharathi School, Omalloor.
The group was caught in the current while bathing at the Painkulam cremation ghat in the Bharathapuzha river.
A special medical team, including experts from Thrissur Medical College, oversees the treatment.
