Thiruvananthapuram: A two-and-a-half-year-old boy died in a car accident at Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram. The deceased, Rithvik, is the son of Vishnu and Karisma, natives of Parandode. The incident happened on Saturday at midnight.

The impact of the collision caused the door to open, and the child, who was seated in the back seat, was thrown out of the vehicle. The car then rolled over him, and Rithvik was pronounced dead at the scene. There were seven people in the car, including two children. His body was shifted to the district hospital mortuary.
