Keto puttu
Ingredients
2 ½ tbsp finely grated cauliflower
3 ½ tbsp almond flour
Salt as required
Preparation
Mix the grated cauliflower, almond flour and salt in a bowl without adding water
Add some grated coconut in a puttu mould
Now add the cauliflower – almond mixture
Add some more coconut at the top
Steam the puttu
Enjoy the keto puttu with a curry of your choice.
Keto idli/coconut idli
Ingredients
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp grated coconut
A pinch of baking soda
Salt as required
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Keep it aside for five minutes
Grease an idly vessel using oil
Pour the batter into the greased idli vessel
Steam the idlis on medium flame
Serve soft and fluffy keto idlis with coconut chutney.
Crispy keto dosa
Ingredients
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp milk
Salt as required
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Grease a hot dosa pan
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread into thin crepe
Cook both sides on low flame.
