Ingredients
8-10 jackfruit bulbs
1 cup rice flour
Salt as required
Water as required
½ coconut (grated)
Preparation
Cut the jackfruit bulbs into small bits
Sprinkle water in rice flour and mix into puttu flour
Add salt too
Layer grated coconut, puttu flour and jackfruit pieces in a cylindrical puttu steamer
Steam until the puttu is nice and soft
Enjoy hot jackfruit puttu with some black tea.
