This triangular snack prepared in plantain leaf is aromatic, tasty and healthy too. It is the perfect snack to enjoy with your evening tea. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
½ cup wheat flour
½ coconut (grated)
2 bananas (cut into small pieces)
A pinch of salt
½ kg jaggery
2 plantain leaves

Preparation
Add grated coconut, banana pieces and cardamom powder into wheat flour
Mix well
Now add jaggery syrup and some water
Make sure to add the syrup when it is still warm to make the soft dough
Add 1 tbsp ghee too
Mix well into soft and loose dough
Fold the plantain leaves into triangular packets
Fill these packets with the dough
Boil water in an idli steamer
Cook the leaf packets in steam for at least 30 minutes on low flame
These snacks are extremely delicious and you won’t be able to stop at one.
