Ingredients
½ cup roasted flaxseed powder
A sprig of curry leaves
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt - to taste
1 green chilli
Three quarters of a cup of water

Preparation
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer and grind it like idli batter
Heat the dosa pan and grease it with butter
Pour a large spoon full of batter into the pan and spread it evenly in round shape
Cook both sides for even cooking and take it out of the pan when cooked
Flaxseed dosa is ready to be served hot with chammanthi.
