Dry rub for turkey recipe

If you want great flavour and don't have time to brine and fresh herb butter is too labour intensive, then a simple dry rub will help you out to make your turkey taste better. It's ready in minutes, has great flavour and easy to customize with your favourite spices. A turkey can never be too flavourful, so feel free to use the dry rub with brine or herb butter preparations.
Ingredients
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp garlic powder
If you don't have the dried herbs, replace with 5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Generously brush turkey with olive oil, then rub in the seasoning mixture.
Cook following your preferred time and temperature.
