Ingredients
½ cup hot milk
2 tbsp sugar
¾ tsp yeast
1 glass wheat flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter (sunflower oil or coconut oil)

Preparation
Mix the hot milk, sugar and yeast in a small bowl
Keep this aside for at least half an hour
Into a bowl add wheat flour, salt and butter
Add the yeast mix as well
Knead into soft and slightly loose dough
The dough should be kneaded for at least 10 minutes
Transfer the dough into a vessel greased with butter
Keep it aside for at least 2 hours
After the dough has risen well, knead it for two more minutes
Separate the dough into four balls
Place these dough balls on the greased idli rack
Brush some milk over the dough balls
Keep it aside for another 10 minutes
Meanwhile, pre heat a thick bottomed vessel
Insert the idly rack into the pre heated vessel
Bake for 15 minutes on low flame
Brush some butter over the baked buns
Cover them using a wet towel for 10 minutes, before serving.
