Though white chocolate doesn't contain chocolate solids, it is made with a blend of sugar, butter, and milk products. Check out this simple recipe of white chocolate that could make your day sweeter.
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
8 tbsp powdered sugar
8 tbsp milk powder
6 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Boil half litre water in a flat bottomed vessel
Place another vessel or bowl over the rapidly boiling water
Add the butter into the bowl and allow it to melt
Now add the powdered sugar and the milk powder
Mix well until they dissolve
Add the coconut oil and mix
After this mixture has cooled down pour it into moulds
Pop the moulds in the freezer for 2 hours for it to set
The white chocolate could be easily taken out if silicone moulds are used.
