Thiruvananthapuram: The Manorama Yearbook, in association with Thirukochi Financial Services, is organizing a seminar for Kerala Administative Service (KAS) aspirants on March 16 at the seminar hall of Malayala Manorama Thiruvananthapuram office.

The seminar, scheduled from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, will feature expert sessions by KAS rank holders Gopika Udayan and S S Alpha. State Information Commissioner Dr A Abdul Hakeem will inaugurate the event.
