Muffins are one of the most popular desserts that look and taste similar to the cupcakes. Banana muffins are extremely delicious, melt in the mouth, and easy to prepare. Here is how you could easily prepare these healthy little banana muffins at home.

Ingredients
2 ripe robusta bananas
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
2/3 cup oil
2 tbsp milk
2/3 cup sugar

Preparation
Sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda together into a bowl
Mash the ripe bananas in another bowl
Into the mashed bananas add the vanilla essence, milk, sugar, and oil
Fold everything well together
Prepare the muffin batter by adding the sifted all-purpose flour mix into the banana mix 
Fold well
Pour 1 tablespoon batter into the greased muffin tray 
Bake for at least 20-22 minutes in a pre-heated oven of 180°C.
