Ragi or millet is power packed with nutrients which gives your little ones that extra energy required to take on the summer vacation with much enthusiasm. This millet shake, loaded with iron, is extremely delicious that the kids would finish it in one go.

Ingredients
2 tbsp millet powder
1 ½ cup water
2 dates
2 almonds
1 tbsp horlicks or boost
2 tsp sugar
1 cup milk (boiled and frozen)

Preparation
Mix the millet powder in water and put it on flame.
Stir until the mixture thickens up.
These measurements are enough to prepare two glasses of shake.
To prepare a glass of shake, add the dates, almonds, three table spoons of thickened millet mixture, horlicks or boost into a blender.
Blend well.
Into it, add sugar and frozen milk.
Blend for two minutes or until it has a creamy consistency.
Serve in attractive glasses.
