Soft and fluffy onion bhatoora

Bhatoora is popular deep fried bread which can be relished with spicy and flavoursome curries. Here is a simple and unique recipe of onion bhatoora.
Ingredients
½ kg all purpose flour (maida)
1 tbsp ghee/vanaspati
1 cup warm milk
½ tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
Yolk of 1 egg
Curd as required
Salt as required
Oil as required
¼ cup onions (finely chopped)
Preparation
In a bowl, add the all purpose flour and ghee
Mix well using your hands
In another bowl, add warm milk, yeast and sugar
Mix well
When this mixture rises up, add it into the all purpose flour
Add the egg yolk, curd and salt as required
Mix well into a soft dough
Keep aside for half an hour for the dough to rise
Heat oil in a pan
Add onions and fry until golden brown
Add the fried onion into the risen dough
Mix well
Make small balls from the dough
Flatten these balls using a rolling pin in round shapes
Heat oil in another pan
Add the bhatoora and deep fry
Tastes best when served hot with curries
