People rarely bother what they consume is healthy or not even if it is home-made or from outside. The blood sugar levels can rise based on what kind of food you take. Here's a vegetable chappathi recipe for diabetes patients.
Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp carrot
1 tbsp scraped cauliflower
1/2 tbsp beans
1/2 tbsp cabbage
1/2 tbsp onion
1 green chilli
Salt as needed
Water as required
Preparation
Slice all the vegetables into small pieces
Add water, salt and cook the vegetables for 10 minutes
Mash the vegetables using a spoon
In a separate bowl, mix wheat flour, salt and the mashed vegetables into a dough
Roll it into rounds and cook the chappathis
Serve it hot with a delicious curry of your choice
