Let's make this V-day special by tweaking the traditional cone ice-cream into an interesting cone cake.

Ingredients
120 gm butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1½ cups flour
1 pinch baking powder
½ cup yoghurt
¼ tsp baking soda

For the topping
100 gm butter
300 gm icing sugar
A little water

Preparation
Pre heat the oven to 180°C
Mix the butter and sugar till soft and creamy and to this, add the eggs and vanilla essence
Mix together the flour and the baking powder
The baking soda should be mixed with the yoghurt and kept aside
To the butter and sugar, alternate and mix the yoghurt and flour and make into a smooth batter
Fill this batter in the cupcake liners and bake for 22 -25 minutes in the pre heated oven
Beat together all the ingredients for the topping and fill into a piping bag
Once the cupcakes are cooled, keep in the ice cream cones and pipe the topping onto this
Decorate with sprinkles
