Ingredients
6 slices bread
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
1 cup milk
25 gms butter
200 gms condensed milk
Chocolate chips as required
Preparation
Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices
Mix the eggs, condensed milk, vanilla essence, butter and milk in a bowl
Grease a baking pan with butter and place the bread slices in it
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the bread slices
Now pour the beaten egg mixture on top
Keep it aside for at least 15-20 minutes
Place a baking tray in a pre heated over; pour hot water in the baking tray
Now, place the baking pan on the tray
Bake the pudding for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
Enjoy the tasty bread pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
