Mazhavil Manorama's reality show Nayika Nayakan is gaining wide applauds. The talent hunt show is noticed for its unique rounds that give ample space to participants.

In one such round, '4 the people', the show witnessed a laugh riot when stars Kunchacko Boban and Samvrutha Sunil enacted a hospital scene.
