Parvathy also remarked that the decision of the athijeevitha (the survivor of sexual abuse) to fight has brought about a sea change in the lives of those connected to the Malayalam film industry.
The collective also sought the formation of a multi-member tribunal that functions as the redressal forum for all grievances related to the film industry.
The director claimed everyone was shocked by the actor's response to the incident.
The Mollywood actor also spoke about the issues faced by junior artists in the industry.
The collective emphasised that the already released information was enough for the public to identify those who provided statements before the committee.
WCC representatives including actors Revathy, Rima Kallingal and director Deedi Damodaran met the CM on Wednesday.
She described sexual harassment as something that "snatches someone's life away," citing the case of Sowmya, a 90s actor who recently accused a Tamil director of rape and harassment.
The collective said the recommendations will be introduced as a series in the days to comes.
