Arrest warrant against Youth league leader PK Firoz for foreign trip violating bail conditions

Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate K M Suja issued an arrest warrant on Friday against Youth League State General Secretary P K Firoz for violating bail conditions and travelling to Turkey. The lawyer informed the court that the accused had left for Turkey.
Firoz, the first accused in the case, was arrested from Palayam on charges of alleged violence during the Secretariat march on January 2023, including attacking cops, damaging public and private property and organising the march without taking permission. There are 37 accused in the case, including Youth Congress state president Rahul Mamkootathil MLA.
