Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
2 carrots
Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida
Salt
2 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Preparation
Wash and clean the carrots well and slice finely
Add enough salt
Place a pan on the stove, add heat sesame oil, splutter mustard seeds and add asafoetida
Add carrots to this and saute well
Add some turmeric powder and chilly powder
Finally, add mustard and fenugreek powders
