Ingredients
1 tsp finely chopped onion
2 cups dosa batter
Ghee
Curry leaves
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp chilli powder

Preparation
Grease pan with ghee and pour the dosa batter to make idli
The dosa should be in a round shape, like a thin crepe
Sprinkle ghee above the dosa
Add cropped onion, curry leaves
Without breaking the yolk, open the egg on top of the dosa
Add chilli, pepper powders and salt
Cook for 3 minutes
Enjoy for breakfast, lunch and dinner
