Ingredients
1 glass flattened rice
2 potatoes
1 tsp ginger – garlic paste
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander powder
Salt as required
Coconut oil to fry

Preparation
Wash the flattened rice and keep aside for some time
Into the soaked flattened rice add boiled and mashed potatoes and rest of the ingredients
Mix well
Scoop small balls from it and shape them into patties
Fry the patties in hot coconut oil
Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
