Ingredients
½ kg chicken
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp rice powder
Salt as required
1 tsp lemon juice
Coconut oil to fry
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 green chillies

Preparation
Marinate the chicken with lemon juice and all the powders
Keep aside for half an hour
Fry the marinated chicken in hot coconut oil.
