Ingredients
½ kg watermelon
4 tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp grated coconut
5 coconut shards
Rock salt
Crushed pepper
Some coriander leaves
Preparation
Cut the watermelon into small cubes
Mix these with tomatoes, shallots, coconut, rock salt, pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice
Enjoy the refreshing salad.
