Ingredients
1 breadfruit
¼ cup water
Coconut oil as required
Salt as required
Turmeric powder as required

Preparation
Remove the skin and the white strips of the breadfruit
Cut the bulbs into thin pieces
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the breadfruit pieces
When the pieces are fried pour water mixed with salt and turmeric powder
Fry them for some more time
Take it out of the oil when the chips are nice and crispy
Do not add too much turmeric and salt water while frying the second batch (the oil would be already salty)
Add some curry leaves while frying the breadfruit.
