This is a delicious and wholesome dish that can be easily prepared using leftover puttu from breakfast.

Ingredients
3 pieces puttu
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic
2 green chillies
½ cup beans
½ cup carrot
½ cup bell pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp spring onion
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt as required
1 tbsp oil
1 omelet (cut into small pieces)

Preparations
Remove the coconut bits from the crumbled puttu
Heat oil in and sauté onions, garlic, green chillies, beans, carrot and bell pepper
Add the soy sauce and chilli sauce
Into it add the pepper powder and mix well
Add the omelet pieces as well
Finally add the crumbled puttu
Give everything a good mix
Garnish with chopped spring onion
Tastes best when served hot.
