Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 avocado
8 mint leaves
1 tsp olive oil
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup milk
½ cup cold water
Half lemon
1 small garlic clove
¼ tsp pepper powder
Salt as required

Preparation
Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces with the skin on
Scoop out the avocado and cut into pieces
Into a mixer jar add the cucumber, avocado, mint leaves, olive oil, yoghurt, milk, cold water, lemon juice, garlic clove, pepper powder, and salt
Blend well
Garnish with basil
