Yummy bread-egg fry: a quick 'n' easy breakfast

You can whip up just about anything with the basic ingredients of bread and egg. The bread roast and the French toast are quick-fix breakfast bites in many homes. Bread and egg sandwiches with a slice of cucumber wedged in or bread, egg and tomato spread is also another easy-to-make, tasty snack. Here's a different fry worth a try.
Ingredients
3 slices of bread
2 large potatoes
3 eggs
1 big onion
1 green chilli
Crushed chilli
Garam masala
Coriander leaves or curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Preparation
Toast the bread slices on a pan
If required, smear the pan with a little oil
In a separate bowl, break the eggs
Add finely chopped big onion, green chilli, crushed chilly and garam masala to it
Peel the potatoes, scrape and add to the egg mix
Add salt and mix thoroughly
Slice the toasted bread diagonally
Spread some masala mix on both sides of the bread slice and gently ease it into boiling oil
When one side is done, flip it over and fry till the other side is also crisp
Heat on a low flame when both the sides are crisp
Transfer to a plate and relish it hot
