Pakoras are an integral part of the monsoon season, and it's always to be experimented with. Get ready for the all new sausage pakora!

Ingredients
200gm chopped sausage
3 onions sliced thin
5 green chillies, chopped
1 small piece of ginger, chopped
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 cup chickpea flour/besan
½ cup white rice powder
2 sprigs of curry leaves
Salt as required
Oil as required

Preparation
Make a smooth pakoda batter with the besan, rice powder, onions, chillies, ginger, chilli powder, fennel powder and curry leaves
To this, add the chopped sausage
Drop a little of the mix into hot oil using a big spoon
Fry till crisp and golden brown
