Ingredients
5 cups of full-cream milk
3 cups of samak rice
12 cashews
20-25 raisins
5 small cardamom
1/2 cups of sugar

Preparation
Wash samak rice well and soak it for half an hour
Boil milk in a heavy pan
Once it boils, add the rice and stir well
Keep stirring every 3 or 4 minutes, taking the spoon deep into the pan
Once the rice is tender, add cashews and raisins
Cook till the rice gets a thick consistency
Add sugar, and mix well
Grind a few cardamom seeds and add it
Serve hot, garnishing it with the rest of the cardamom seeds
