A rare chicken delicacy that strikes the perfect balance between flavour and spice. Grilled with spices, this kebab is a delight during the monsoon season.
Ingredients
½ kg chicken breast, finely ground
1 tbsp cumin seeds, lightly toasted
6 cardamom pods
12 pods garlic, finely chopped
¾ ginger ground
¼ tbsp kasuri methi, ground
¾ tbsp red chilli powder
¾ tbsp garam masala powder
¼ tbsp pepper powder
1 cheese cube, grated
1 egg white
Coriander leaves, as required
Mint leaves, as required
Butter, as required
Preparation
Grind cumin seeds and cardamom
Mix ginger, garlic, kasuri methi, red chilli, garam masala, pepper powder, grated cheese, egg white, coriander leaves and mint leaves, and blend well with chicken
Separate into long pieces and put them on a long skewer
Apply butter, and grill on low flame on both sides until they become golden brown in colour
Serve with onion and lime
