P P Minsha has dedicated her lockdown days to cooking delicious dishes in her kitchen and she shares her skills with others. This class 3 student at Nazreth School in Manjeri, Malappuram is not just interesting in cooking but a pro at garnishing and presenting her preparations.

It is on her YouTube channel 'Minsha's World' that she posts the videos of her cooking experiments. Chicken pakoda, chocolate cake, watermelon mojito and dalgona coffee are some of the items that Minsha prepared during the lockdown days.

Her engaging presentation in flawless English is as impressive as the dishes that she cooks in her videos. Minsha who enjoys helping her mother in the kitchen is passionate about cooking. She remembered the YouTube channel that she had created two years ago to do something productive during the lockdown.

Minsha posted 12 cooking videos in just a few days. Her elder brother Shaniq helps her with the technical side of uploading the videos on the YouTube. This class 10 student shoots, edits, and uploads his sister's videos on the video streaming platform. Minsha says her mother Shabna is her guru in cooking.
