Actor Honey Rose, who recently made headlines for filing a complaint against businessman Bobby Chemmanur, was greeted by a jubilant crowd, mostly women while inaugurating the renovated showroom of an electronic shop at Palakkad.

The event took place amid severe cyber attacks against the actor, with her haters claiming that no one would turn up for an inauguration attended by Honey Rose. Meanwhile, Honey told Manorma Online that she felt happy seeing such love and support from her fans.

Honey who wore a powder blue cape gown said she had not anticipated such a huge gathering at the venue. “I have been facing severe criticism and attacks on social media after filing the complaint against Bobby Chemannur. Many commented that no one would come to see me if I appeared in public again. But, the kind of welcome that I got at Palakkad proved that such comments are irrelevant. Many women and college students were waiting to welcome me. The event was more like a success celebration, with plenty of songs and dance moves. They showered me with love. I was overjoyed and touched by their love. I am grateful to the media and the public for supporting me,” Honey said.
