      Residents of Kasaragod's Balal panchayat await man-made landslides

      Divon Rock Products, which quarries granite from Muthappan Hill in Kasaragod's Balal panchayat, has been dumping debris on roadside for years. Torrential rains have brought debris to the property of residents, blocking roads and sources of drinking water on the hills.
