Hume played a prominent role in Blaster's run to the final in the inaugural edition of the Indian Super League (ISL) in 2014 and was a huge hit with the fans.
In February, Hume suffered a knee injury that ruled him out of the rest of the previous ISL season.
Star striker Hume had alleged that the blasters management and coach David James didn't keep the promises that were made to him when he had to sit out due to an injury.
Hume was a big hit with the Blasters fans and was keen on continuing with the Yellow Brigade. But the Blasters team management and head coach David James did not express interest in retaining his services for the upcoming ISL season.
After the video was shared widely by football fans, it was noticed by Iain Hume, who had earlier played for the Kerala-based team Kerala Blasters.
