All the 85 staff who faced bribery charges were suspended from the service.
The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau on Thursday arrested Jerson and agents, Saji and Ramapatiyar, for accepting a bribe of Rs 5,000 and a bottle of liquor.
The apprehended are RTO Jerson and agents Saji and Ramapatiyar.
