Ingredients
Cooked millet
Curd
Oil as required
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Dried chillies
Peppercorns
Curry leaves

Preparation
Take the millet in a mixing bowl
If you are using freshly cooked millet, then allow it to cool down first
Mash the millet using the back of a spoon or a potato masher
Add curd
(Do not add curd into hot millet as it would destroy the good bacteria)
Mix well
Add water if required
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan
Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds
Roast dried chillies and curry leaves
Add the peppercorns too
Turn off the flame when it turns fragrant
Add this tempering to the millet-curd mixture
Mix well
Serve this delicious and nutritious dish with salad.
