Shrimp, the gem of the ocean, is the star of any party. How about making a shrimp roast using pressure cooker? It is easy to make and saves your time for a quick party. It is spicy and juicy too. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 tsp garam masala
4 crushed garlic cloves
2 inch of crushed ginger
1 chilli (sliced)
2 medium onions (sliced)
1 large tomato (chopped)
2 tsp oil
Salt as needed
5 tbsp cilantro
400 gms shrimps

Preparation
In a pressure cooker, add oil, and splutter mustard seeds, ginger-garlic crushed.
Also add onions and tomatoes.
In medium heat let it reduce for 10 minutes.
Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and crushed pepper. Coat well with the onion - tomato mix.
Now add shrimps and half of the cilantro.
Add salt. Mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of water.
Pressure cook for a whistle and wait until the pressure is released.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice, naan or bread.
