Eggless sugarcane tutti frutti cupcakes

An eggless cupcake is rare to come by, but a sugarcane cupcake is just a revelation! Try these amazing globes of sheer deliciousness.
Ingredients
1 cup condensed milk
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugarcane juice
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp ginger juice or extract (ginger flavour can also be added)
1 ¼ cups white flour/maida
¾ tsp baking Powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ cup tutti frutti
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Place paper cups or silicon muffin mould liners in the muffin tray
Coat tutti frutti with a teaspoon of flour (This is to prevent the fruits from sinking to the bottom of the cup liners)
Sieve and mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and keep aside
Cream the butter until pale in colour
Add the condensed milk, ginger extract and whisk till it gets blended well
Add sugarcane juice and vinegar to the butter mixture and mix well
Now, add the flour to the butter sugarcane juice mix and fold it with a spatula
Add the flour coated tutti frutti and mix gently
Fill each liner to 2/3rd of its quantity and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cakes are done (Insert a tooth pick in the centre of the cakes to check if they're done)
