Bread and butter pudding has been the favorite of all those who have been looking for some effortless baking sessions. Giving an orange twist to it will give a total makeover as well as trick your taste-buds into believing that it is some fancy fluffy dessert.  

Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
4 slices of bread
1/4 cup butter
2 apples

1 cup sugar

Preparation
Preheat oven at 180 degree C.
Take each slices of bread and butter it well
Slice the apples into small cubes
Place the bread slices on a baking dish with the buttered side facing down
Pour orange juice on top of them
Sprinkle orange zest over it
Sprinkle sugar evenly over it
Place this in the preheated oven and bake till the upper portion turns slightly brown
Take it out when the sugar melts

Serve with ice cream
