Thiruvananthapuram: The pass percentage for this year's Higher Secondary Examination under the Kerala Syllabus stood at 78.69 per cent, a 4.2 per cent drop from the previous year. A total of 39,242 secured A+ grade for all subjects. Last year, it was 33,815.
In the Higher Secondary exam held from March 1 to 26, 2,94,888 of the 3,74,755 students who wrote the exam qualified for higher education.
Kerala Minister for General Education V Sivankutty announced the results at a press meet held at Thiruvananthapuram. Last year, the Plus Two results were released on May 25.
Around 25,000 teachers evaluated the Plus One and Plus Two answer sheets at 77 evaluation camps across the state.
The group-wise pass percentage is as follows:
Science – 84.84%
Humanities – 67.09%
Commerce - 76.11%
Kerala VHSE results 2024
The pass percentage for this year's Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Examinations (VHSE) stood at 71.24%. A total of 251 students bagged A+ grades for all subjects. For the Vocational Higher Secondary regular category, 27,798 students registered for the second-year examination, while 1,502 students enrolled under the private category. SAY exam 2024
The SAY exam (Save a Year or Improvement Exam) for students who were unable to perform well for the Plus Two exams this year will be held from June 12 to 20.

Malappuram district has the highest number students who scored A+ grade for all subjects - 5,659. The highest pass percentage was registered at Ernakulam (84.12%) while Wayanad marked the lowest (72.13%)
