Kerala's Vande Bharat trains, which enjoy some of the top occupancy rates in the country, are also a hit with foreign travellers who visit the country. A video in which a handful of German tourists are complimenting the Vande Bharat experience is going viral on social media. The group of tourists, consisting of four women and six men, said they felt the train offered a lot of comfort and leg space and that it was pretty. They also said it's clean and didn't expect to find something like it in India. 'I am astonished,' said one of the travellers. Even before, many foreign travellers have made videos complimenting the Vande Bharat Express.

Foreign tourists on Vande Bharat
Many tourists from abroad are currently trying a hand at the Vande Bharat experience. They book the tickets through the 'Foreign Tourist Quota' on the IRCTC website. They can book the tickets up to 365 days before their travel. In addition to the ticket charges, they will have to pay Rs 200 plus applicable taxes. In case of cancellations, 50% of the ticket will be deducted. The ticket will be automatically cancelled if a berth is not allotted. Countries like Chile, Malaysia, and Canada have reportedly expressed interest in exporting Vande Bharat trains from India.
